EXCELLENT!

I ordered a custom birthday cake from Sapphire Cafe and it honestly exceeded every expectation. I sent them a few inspiration photos and a colour theme, and what they created was even better than what I had imagined. The design was so elegant and detailed — it really felt like a centerpiece, not just a cake. Not only did it look incredible, but the taste was just as impressive. The cake was soft, moist, and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, just really refined. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
The whole process was smooth as well. They communicated clearly, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered everything on time without any stress.

Everyone at the party kept asking where the cake was from. I’ll definitely be ordering from Sapphire Cafe again for future events.
